Selling a home is not a new experience for me, but I think it is fair to say that I felt a bit vulnerable this time around as I live in Iowa and the house I needed to sell was located in Claremont. I am happy to say that I found the professional services of Tom Troli and Mile One Real Estate to be exactly what I needed.
The house needed some updates before going on the market and Tom gave excellent referrals for getting that work done, then followed up on the work since I wasn't there to do that. Once it was on the market he was prompt in giving information as well as responding to my calls. When an offer didn't seem to be going as we had hoped, he gave advice that even turned out to my benefit financially. Needless to say, the on-line Docu-sign really simplified what could have been a much more cumbersome process for me. In fact, the whole process seemed quite effortless on my part and sometimes I still have to remind myself that, after a brief 3 month period from the beginning of repairs to the closing of the sale, the house has in fact actually been sold. So, thanks for a positive experience in the world of real estate!

Although it seems like a long time ago, it was only seven months since we first contacted Tom Troli to talk about selling my home. We had resided at the same home for twenty years and taking that big first step was hard for us. We contacted Tom because I had heard about him from others in the Claremont area and was very impressed from everything that I had heard. We weren't disappointed. He was direct, honest, and thorough in his explanation of his services. He shared with us the new direction he had decided on in his work with the use of internet and other digital services. Initially, we had our concerns and wondered if this 'new way' of doing business would be less personal or would somehow take away our ability to have a 'personal' relationship with our agent. We're happy to say that none of our concerns proved true. If anything Tom's service was even more personal. Using digital signatures and email communication was a breeze and was more convenient than we had imagined.
