Mile One Real Estate delivers! My husband received a job transfer out of the area and we needed to move. Although it seems like a long time ago, it was only seven months since we first contacted Tom Troli to talk about selling my home. We had resided at the same home for twenty years and taking that big first step was hard for us. We contacted Tom because I had heard about him from others in the Claremont area and was very impressed from everything that I had heard. We weren't disappointed. He was direct, honest, and thorough in his explanation of his services. He shared with us the new direction he had decided on in his work with the use of internet and other digital services. Initially, we had our concerns and wondered if this 'new way' of doing business would be less personal or would somehow take away our ability to have a 'personal' relationship with our agent. We're happy to say that none of our concerns proved true. If anything Tom's service was even more personal. Using digital signatures and email communication was a breeze and was more convenient than we had imagined. As far as personal service, Tom 'held our hands' when needed and offered a thorough sense of collaboration. The reality that we saved over $5,000 was an amazing plus which allowed us to be more flexible in the final sale of our home.
